"All have to check with my husband before i hire you." this is the #1 lie people tell us when they think maybe we're too expensive and probably there is someone out there who can remove the urine for free or almost free.

No body wants to pay too much but what's worse is paying too little. when you pay too little because you're afraid to pay a fair, honest price you get the lousy service that goes with that unrealistic price. you also get to pay for the service a second time because in spite of what the first guy, the cheap guy said, there is still a strong odor and it ain't going away with that cut rate foo foo he sprayed on the surface.

to be fair, some people probably do need to check with their husband. but in our experience 100 out of 100 times we hear this line the client never calls us back. they ignore the stink or hire the guy working out of the back of his trunk and that's okay with us. we want people who know a value and who will stay with us long term. the bargain shopper, lookie-loos make poor clients because the next time they see a $4.95 a room cleaning they fall for that guys lines too.
