commerical carpet cleaning-Bolingbrook.--the printer.

I love Bolingbrook. what a great town. one of the best things about BB is the huge warehouses. they have office that scream for carpet cleaning and I'm just the man for the job.

We did a monster 10,000 s.f. job in January that still shine almost 5 months later.

we have a really challenging one coming up this month in May. a printing company need their carpets cleaned in a big bad way. the corporate big wigs are coming to town and there is no way this office wants to let them see what they look like on a day to day so they called us.

printers ink is different than ball point ink. You've got to use some special techniques and strip way the layers of soil and ink carefully or you'll make things look even worse then when you started.

So once again I'm going back to one of my most trusted vendors and buying something special for this unique application. look for before and after pictures on my site coming soon.
If you have challenging conditions and need someone with the skill to handle your problem please give us a call. let's talk.

Commerical carpet cleaning-Glen ellyn, physical therapist

I stopped on a prospect this week and am totally excited about the opportunity to really shine for this company. they are physical Therapist and do some remarkable work putting people back together.

the thing is, their carpets need some serious attention.

this is a prospect and what we like to do with prospects is give them a free cleaning and show them what we can do with no commitments. just try it out and see how it looks. if we suck we'll never bother you again. if we shine then we'll need to clean your rugs. easy huh?

the particular problem with this shop is the entryway. the entire floor actually but especially the entryway. once, when Moses was young that carpet was aqua blue. today it's aqua black

I've only been doing this 20+ years and so I don't know everything. I went back to my vendors and told them about this carpets condition. Okay, they've got something new. they always have something new. funny how that works.

try this and this mixed with some of that.

I'm gonna take before and after pix and post them on the website. You'll be able to see the results yourself. stay tuned dear readers stay tuned.

commercial carpet cleaning-Dr.Susie Warden

Had the privilege to clean carpets for Dr. Susie Warden of Wheaton. Dr.S is a rocking chiropractor. She and her staff of professionals especially Dr. John, have the skills and expertise to even put Humpty Dumpty back together.

their carpets, because of their heavy traffic really do their job holding and trapping soil, dirt and allergens. My job was to extract it promptly and present them with clean dry carpets asap.

it took some special techniques and a lot of fans and elbow grease. it even took a follow up touch up or two but we got er done. Dr. Susie was pleased. even the entry mat, which was very soiled came out looking much brighter.

When you need a great chiropractor go see dr. Susie Warden on Roosevelt rd. just west of president st. on the north side of the street. when you need unbelievable cleaning come see us.

carpet cleaning Lombard 3

Today we had the privilege to clean for a couple, Jack and Dee Dee in Lombard. a big event was coming up and they wanted things to look their finest. we gave them a fair price set a date and today was the day.

turns out the upstairs carpets had never been cleaned in 20 plus years. We vacuumed our brains out, put down a prespray, and deep cleaned, etc.

when i gave the homeowner his booties and walked the clean carpets with him he had several comments. first, he saw i was able to get out the stains he couldn't. No surprise there since i have the good stuff. secondly, he was very impressed at our edge cleaning. the vacuum just doesn't get to where the floor and wall meet. we have a special tool that runs along side there and gets up all the lint.

the lady of the house was cooking bacon and to my delight, offered me a blt and some sweet tea.
I was down home in five minutes.

the job went well and they were more than pleased. if you need great cleaning at an affordable price please give us a call. Happy Spring.

Jack ate another diaper Upholstery cleaning in Hinsdale

Jack is an abnormally large Irish Setter owned by one of my clients. one of this favorite things to do is go outside, get those gianormous paws all wet and mudding then come racing into the house to see what he can trash.

He can't write his name yet but he's working on it. I pulled up to the house to clean some upholstery and Susan, the Nanny yelled at me over her shoulder while racing after the brute, "jack ate another diaper." I'm not sure why she was running after him. the deed was already done. maybe it was an after dinner jog to aid his digestion?

We worked like a house on fire and got four pieces of furniture pristine. Jack came in an wrestled with me, mouthing my hand but never chomping. Just having fun. I love that big lug.

I suggested to the nanny they throw a sheet over the freshly cleaned furniture. Jack was gonna jump up there anyway. just give the stuff a fighting chance.

Pet urine removal in Lombard.

Tim had found the love of his life and love was in the air. Unfortunately the love of his life had two yorkies who were not potty trained. the lovebirds were moving to darien and the condo in Lombard had to be cleaned properly to put on the market.

everything was patched and cleaned and repaired. the last thing to do was clean the carpets in this lovely Lombard home.
Normally, if the homeowner suspects there urine on the carpets, urine in the carpets, urine under the carpets and cannot see it we bring in special tool that will show us were the sins are.

Steven Tyler in Aerosmith's first hit single, "Dream On," has the chilling line in it. "I know everyone's sins. You gotta know how to lose to win." The thought of someone knowing my sins besides God is pretty scary. What if I'm as bad as you are? what if I'm worse and you get all smug about how you're so much better than me.

There was so much pee in the carpet there was no need for any special tools. just point and click. I would have taken pictures but it was rough and we both got the idea.

It took me a long time putting pee go away, pee odor remover, pee stain remover on all the spots. Lucky they were small dogs with active but little bladders.

bottom line? it's all good. 100% lovely. Tim was thrilled and I was worn out. that McDonalds ice cream sunday really hit the spot.

If you have urine in your carpet in Lombard, or your pet accidents are getting out of control give us a call. we can help.

carpet cleaning in Lombard.

The annual Kiwanis house walk is here again and it was time for me to clean carpets and upholstery for the homes on display. We're always honored to do our part in cleaning carpets in Lombard and never more than for the house walk. Having lived in this town for 20+ years we know a lot of the folks and their kids too.

The house walk is great opportunity to get to know your neighbors and satisfy your curiosity.
As usual the walk consists of something old and something new. some of the homes are ancient, some built in the last five years, all are worth seeing.

yesterday we cleaned for the Frank Lloyd Wright looking house on Ash. Since our kids grew up together and were even on the wrestling team over at GlenBard east it was nice to see the homeowner and catch up with what's going on. cleaning the indoor/outdoor carpet around the pool was a real temptation but I couldn't see working the rest of the day in soggy clothes so i resisted the urge to just fall in. maybe next time.

So, if you've never gone on a house walk before what are you waiting for? It's a great cause and the Kiwanis is a great organization. The $25.00 bucks you donate will do a world of good in the hands of this excellent service organization. Just make sure you put on your booties at the door and stay outta the pool.

upholstery cleaning in Hinsdale

Amber, one of my regular clients called me about some furniture cleaning. Seems Jack their spaniel had a favorite couch or two he loved sleeping on. the one sofa was pure white, the other, a love seat actually, was a lovely patterned green with flowers.

the word to note here is was. The family had moved from Burr Ridge to a home within walking distance to the school. Jack was excited because that meant more walks with the kids to school and back home. He has ginormous paws. Yesterday it was raining in Hinsdale and his paw looked like black lobster claws. down boy down. I never minded a nibble or two from a friend actually.

I didn't think the love seat looked too back till the nanny moved a pillow and you could see what the original color was. Wowzers! I had my work cut out for me. Down boy, we'll play later.

To get the dirt and pet hair and doggy body oil out of a fabric you need several tools. first, a good vacuuming to remove the dry particulate. after doing so the love seat brightened up considerably. then I had to mix up the special sauce.

I'm not sure if the dirt in Hinsdale is richer than other dirts but it sure liked being on the fabric and had no intention of leaving. If you need upholstery cleaning in Hinsdale or Upholstery cleaning in Burr Ridge do not try this at home, cleaning it yourself. the hardest spots to remove are the ones i get help with.

so after a good vacuuming I whipped up some prespray with a lot of orange oil and surfactants.

Orange oil is better for the environment and better for the home not to mention better for the cleaning tech too.

a horse hair brush, monster fans, towels, clothes and the patience of Job. Four hours later the two pieces looked new and i was done in.

as I left Jack greeted me at the door. His lobster claws had fresh wet mud on them. I only hope Amber tosses a sheet over those couches.
